Any opinions on these 2 hotels and there locations from attractions ?

4* renaissance (midtown east) or 5* Kimpton (chelsea)

They both come in within our budget. I'm interested in which hotel would be the better suited for getting around.

5* Chelsea Area (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $159/nite with:
Pets Allowed
Restaurant
Fitness Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
==> if so, i would agree that this would likely be the Eventi and this would be a better choice than the Renaissance
