vi12gslim
Do you think I get lower rate on Venetian if I did the name your own price ? Link to comment
thereuare
You may possibly get a lower price for a hotel in this zone, but no way to target the Venetian in particular. Are you specifically hoping for the Venetian or are you wiling to accept any 5* hotel in this zone? If you take the offer above let us know how it goes. If you decide you first want to try bidding, let us know if this is the only acceptable zone as well as your maximum bid amount, and we will suggest a strategy for you to follow. vi12gslim
I would like Venetian since I have friends staying there but I don’t mind Palazzo or Bellagio. I would like to stay close to the Venetian so it will be easier for us to meet up with my friends and family. Do you know if that Venetian room above has pull out sofa ? I am bringing my 2 kids and would need an extra bed or pull out sofa. I like to stay under 208 $ a night if possible. Link to comment
thereuare
The Venetian's standard room set-up has a pullout sofabed. Rooms with 2 Queen beds are priced higher than rooms with 1King. You may be able to get an 'upgrade' to a room with 2 Queens at check-in just by asking really nice, but at least be prepared for them to ask for an additional fee. It sounds like the Venetian would work perfectly for your plans since your friends are staying there so i would not recommend bidding as the few extra dollars you may save would not be worth the inconvenience, imo. (and is already a very nice discount vs. the Venetian's $325/nite rate for these dates)... not sure why you would want the Bellagio as that would be a bit of a hike to the Venetian each day. You can save an extra 5% off of the $208 PRICELINE EXPRESS rate by using the board's Priceline Coupon. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
