Our trip total is $1354.24 (2 rooms, for 3 nights). I usually find lower deals on PRICELINE EXPRESS, but this one was only coming up on Hotwire. We are pleased with the rate and the hotel. You're also near my often recommended Ess-A-Bagel (Third Ave at 51st St) which has one of the best bagels in the city, makes for a nice, and relatively inexpensive, breakfast among local NYers.
