Priceline Hotel: Need Help with bidding strategy Paris 4*

Would like to bid on two rooms in the Eiffel Tower area of Paris May 10 for 2 nights.  Four Stars - hopefully not more than $130 per night.  Is this possible, if so could you please advise strategy for "name your own price" Priceline?

Before bidding you could simply take this offer:

 

4* Eiffel Tower - Invalides - Grenelle - 7th Arr. (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $121/nite with:
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
==> best guess here would be the Platine Hotel and Spa

 

Using the board's Priceline Coupon would take an extra 5% off and bring this room rate down to about $110/nite.

 

Do you want to take this offer above (which is pretty well reviewed by previous PRICELINE guests) or try bidding for any 4 star or higher hotel in this zone?  If you'd like to move forward by bidding let us know your new revised maximum bid (since $130 would obviously be too high given the price of the hotel above less the board's discount) and we will suggest a strategy for you to follow... or let us know how your purchase of the hotel above goes.
