ParRoo Posted January 25, 2018 Report Posted January 25, 2018 I'm looking for a hotel in Key West for March 10-12. Queen bed or larger - no double/full beds. Preferably in Old Town South or North. Hoping to find something for $275 or less. Is this feasible?
thereuare Posted January 25, 2018 Report Posted January 25, 2018 The only Old Town hotel option i see within your budget would be: 3.5* HOTWIRE Key West - Old Town North for $227.00 Free Parking Free Internet Near Beach Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Golf Spa Childrens Activities ==> best guess for this one would be the Eden House where you can guarantee a Queen bed for $267/nite (the price above is for a Full size bed) Would this work for your needs this trip? AaronJB Posted January 26, 2018 Report Posted January 26, 2018 I'm seeing on HOTWIRE: 4* Key West - New Town for $260.00 Free Parking Free Internet Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Hi-Speed Internet ==> Best guess would be 24 North Let us know what you decide or if we can be of any further assistance. puppylove Posted January 28, 2018 Report Posted January 28, 2018 I would strongly suggest sticking with Old Town, and the Eden House is in an EXCELLENT location on a great street - one of our favorites actually. New Town is a pain and not worth the savings/hassle of going back and forth; add on some cabs/ubers and you are right back to where you started. Plus it's a completely different feeling....
ParRoo Posted January 29, 2018 Author Report Posted January 29, 2018 Thank you for the replies. I was able to get Best Western Hibiscus with 2 queens and breakfast for $250 a night. I'll debate about the Eden House over BW.
puppylove Posted January 29, 2018 Report Posted January 29, 2018 BWH is a good location as well; on the quieter side but still walkable to a lot and has that old town kw "feeling" -- the quieter side may be a plus or minus for you. But either one of those would be good! If you havent' been and/or want some recommendations let me know - we spend about 2 months there every year.
