There is no way to know if rates will come down, or move even higher, between now and your trip, it's all based upon (unknown) supply vs. demand... or in other words, how actual new reservations/cancellations come in relative to expected new reservations/cancellations.  However, you have to also consider how much you do want the property guessed and how well it will work for your plans, since besides price risk (the rate changing up/down between now and your trip) there is also inventory risk... as this property could disappear at any time (and be replaced with options that you may not like as much).  Assuming we are correct with our guess, this is currently about a $100/nite savings vs. a regular rate booking at this property, so it would at least seem to be a pretty good deal given current prices.
