Using our BiddingHelper.com tool you can search for your dates and then in each of the PRICELINE EXPRESS and HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tabs do the following:

On the left side of the page:

1) select Union Square East and Union Square West zones

2) select 3* and higher (if you hover your mouse over the 3 stars you'll see the link for 'or higher' which will place checkmarks next to everything that is 3 star and higher)

 

3) near the top of the search results (just below the Priceline Express tab) use the Price Range slider to $0-$130 (i usually make it just a bit more than your budget to make sure you're not missing out on a great property that may be available for just a few dollars more)

 

Filtering the results to your criteria i see the following options (confirm your dates on the landing pages after clicking any links provided below):

3* Union Square West for $125
Business Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
==> best guess would be the King George Hotel

 

3.5* HOTWIRE Union Square West for $123.00
Free Internet

==> The Hotel Vertigo would be my best guess here, although note that there is a $17/day resort fee that is not included in the price above

 

There are two other HOTWIRE offers but they a 15% and 35% recommendation from previous HOTWIRE guests, which should be enough to exclude them from being realistic possibilities.
