The 4 stars hotel at MIA Airport is listed as the Pullman hotel..Amenities of the described deal are:

 Business Center

 Airport Shuttle

 Indoor or Outdoor Pool

 Fitness Center

 No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

==> best guess for this one would be the Hilton Miami Airport (i believe also now goes by Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon)
