I'm going to spend 10 days in Orlando, arriving April 4 and departing April 19, and I'm willing to pay an extra night because of the checkout I want to do at 6:00 pm on April 19.

The budget that I have a no-fee quote is $ 45.00 per night for the 11-day period due to the checkout. 

• Star rating 3,5+.
• Zones: Lake Buena Vista; Celebration Área; Disney Maingate West; Kissimmee; Bonnet Creek; Diney Springs; Sea World; Universal.
• Amenities: parking.

I look for a safe and comfortable hotel preferably in the areas below or nearby.

Do you mean April 9-19 as in your original post?

 

I don't think there are going to be too many options at under $45/nite that meet your criteria.

 

Using our BiddingHelper.com complete your search and in the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab use the filter boxes on the left side of the page to only select 3.5* and higher rated hotels.  Then above the first hotel results use the SORT BY feature and click PRICE.  You'll see the least expensive 3.5* or better in any zone starts at $51/nite (and that one has a $20/nite resort fee)

 

Now click the PRICELINE EXPRESS tab and repeat the filter/sort as you did above.  There are two hotels that are close to your star rating and price criteria (and you can get there by using the board's Priceline Coupon page) although neither show Free Parking as an option (above you only mentioned that the hotel has parking, but not sure if you mean Free parking or not):

==> my guess here would be the Doubletree By Hilton Orlando At Seaworld, which from our sister site ResortFee.com, also charges a $20 resort fee and parking is $18/nite

 

You could try bidding on PRICELINE, but then you have no way to control if the hotel you receive charges a resort fee (and if so, how much) or offers Free Parking.  You do get substantially more options if you lower your star rating to 3 stars, but i'm not sure if this is your preference or to increase your budget.
