Thank you.   I'm not sure how theh Star* ranking works here.  I'd call the Courtyard a 3-3.5 *.  Hope that's ok.

We use whatever star rating is used by the service you purchased from (so PRICELINE star ratings for priceline purchases... HOTWIRE star ratings for hotwire purchases)

 

The form used to report your win had a drop down menu to select the star rating of the hotel you won (the default is 5 star which is why it appeared as 5* when posted)... the Courtyard By Marriott Portland City Center is currently rated 3.5* by PRICELINE and we have edited the topic title accordingly (just before you posted above)
