Hotwire Hotel: Trying to decipher which hotel

Hot wire has a 4 star in Downtown Miami price is $221per night For February 18-21.  90% Recommended favorite.  Amenties listed are: Fitness center Internet access Pool(s)Restaurant(s)Smoke-free rooms 

Any ideas which hotel?  Would this be a good deal?    There is a Black Friday sale with an additional $30 off. 

Prices during this time seem very high.
