Tom M
I've read a few previous posts here that suggested bidding on a 4* (New Providence/Paradise Island) would narrow the hotel choices to just the Colonial Hilton and at a low rate (a little over $100). I've bid three times ($115/$131/$151) for March 30th and have had no success. Any ideas or recent experiences would be appreciated. Thanks Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! While that may be the only 4* hotel reported in that zone and that property the most likely outcome, I never say that there is only one hotel at a given star rating in a zone (and i discourage others from saying so as well). New hotels are added all the time as well as upgrades/downgrades... you could be the first to report a new property or a new star rating for a given property. If you must stay at the Hilton i would book direct (we are an affiliate of HILTON as per our SUPPORT PAGE)As well, comments regarding rates for somebody else's stay may or may not be pertinent to your own stay. Rates are date specific... the post you're refering to may have been during low season and your stay during high season (as well as many other factors which affect rates)What is your maximum bid for this stay?
