I just took a quick look at these dates and prices are pretty high, but i did find the following two which are extremely reasonable vs. regular rates (confirm your dates on the landing page after clicking the links provided below):

 

4* Fisherman's Wharf for $169
Pets Allowed
Business Center
Free Internet
Indoor or Outdoor Pool
Fitness Center
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
==> best guess for this one would be the Sheraton Fishermans Wharf

 

3.5* Fisherman's Wharf for $186
Pets Allowed
Business Center
Restaurant
No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
==> the Hotel Zephyr San Francisco would be my best guess here
