maryb2099 Posted October 28, 2017 Report Posted October 28, 2017 Hi I’m trying to get the Renaissance in Aruba for 1/26 - 1/29/18 express deal from PRICELINE. Today they have the PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for 4-Star Casino Hotel $156. Priceline has the Amenities as Business Center, Casino, fitness center, restaurant, swimming pool , casino, non smoking. It says the last person paid $308 when I put 4 star and all of the Amenities the following hotels come up Hilton $459 - Holiday Inn $308 - Hyatt $444 - Renaissance $382. It must be the Holiday Inn because it said the last person paid $308. My question is it doesn’t say Beach Front so I thought it would be Renaissance. How will I know when they have the Renaissance for the 4 Star Express Deal?
thereuare Posted October 28, 2017 Report Posted October 28, 2017 Welcome to BetterBidding! For this offer (confirm your dates on the landing page of the link provided below): 4* Palm Beach - Oranjestad, Aruba for $156 Business Center Restaurant Indoor or Outdoor Pool Casino Fitness Center No Smoking Rooms/Facilities ==> best guess would be the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba-Beach Resort and Casino The Renaissance is currently selling for $382/nite for your dates... what would be your maximum budget (per nite before fees/taxes) if you were able to get this property? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. maryb2099 Posted October 28, 2017 Author Report Posted October 28, 2017 My guess is also Holiday Inn since Priceline said the last sale price was $308 and Holiday Inn is for sale $308. I’m surprised it’s Holiday Inn because it doesn’t include Beach front. It sounds like the Renaissance how can I tell when it’s the Renaissance?. Last year at the same time I paid $135 plus tax for Renaissance. I would pay $150 if I could get the Renaissance. Mary
AaronJB Posted October 28, 2017 Report Posted October 28, 2017 PRICELINE EXPRESS listings do not note beach front as an amenity. I'm seeing what may be the Renaissance on HOTWIRE, but for a little over $300. Would the Holiday Inn be an acceptable option? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
maryb2099 Posted November 4, 2017 Author Report Posted November 4, 2017 Hi I think I’m going to wait and see if the Renaissance rental price comes down. If you see the Renaissance in any express deals please let me know. I will definitely be using your Link for the reservation. Thank you for all your help. Mary
