While I normally wait until the last minute to bid for a hotel, if the Yankees win and progress to the World Series, more demand may occur for hotels in NYC the weekend of 10/27. 

 

I will appreciate your best estimate of the hotel name - I love the 95% customer recommendation, but the 3.5 star TripAdvisor rating is concerning. Thank you in advance!

This hotel has a very good and central location, but it's also a very large business hotel, so there is very little in the way of personalized service or a 'welcome home' feel.
