Can someone help me? I am interested in the name of the hotel 5-star Hotel in North Strip - Grand Canal Shoppes area, from 02/04/18 to 02/06/18.
The amenities are: Free parking, Free Internet, Spa services, Pet friendly, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool (s), Restaurant (s)
$ 91.00 per night, Resort fee $ 35.00.

I'm not seeing any 5* hotel in this zone when searching for your dates, are you still seeing this one on your own HOTWIRE search OR are you perhaps searching for something other than the default 1room/2adults/0children?

Now, I used the site BiddingHelper.com and I put the same date 02/04/18 to 06/06/18 and forgot to mention that it was a room for 3 adults. (s), Restaurant (s), Business Center, Internet access, Golf, Kitchenette. The hotel has Internet access.
With the rate of $ 91.00 a daily.

Given the (s) at the beginning of the amenities i think you're missing a few.  This is what i'm seeing when searching for your Feb 4-6 and 3 adults:
