Priceline Hotel: JFK Airport Dec 29-30

I am coming from Boston. I have to pick my mom up at JFK on Dec 30th, her flights gets in at 9 AM. So I figure I would want to grab a hotel room for at least the night before (maybe 2 nights before and hang out in the city).

 

However, I am unsure if it is possible to bid on a hotel and have it include parking of some sort. 

 

Is it worth trying to bid?

 

Besides JFK, any other areas I should look that that should have parking. I don't mind taking the MTA into Manhattan. But I don't want to wake up super early to pick mom up at the airport.

There is no way to have a bid include parking, but when you can save a considerable amount via bidding, some of the savings can go towards parking rather than paying full price + parking. What would be your desired budget per night for this stay?

Thanks, I ended up just booking a hotel on a hotel website. I definitely needed parking for this trip
