Priceline Hotel: Priceline Try Again Right now

Priceline declined my offer of $75 for a 3* hotel and messaged me back. They offered a "Try Again Right Now" with a $20 increase. I need to offer $95. Is this something I need to do? I feel like $20 is a pretty big jump. One of the 3* in that area is only $100.

Welcome to Betterbidding.

The "counter offer" from PRICELINE means that what's required to win is somewhere within the range of the counter-offer and the last failed bid. If you let us know more about what you are looking for (dates of travel, zone, location) we can research and offer a better insight as to how to proceed and other suggestions/options.  You can always use re-bid zones (Priceline Re-Bidding Explained) in order to undercut the counter-offer... but if you use this method we recommend you ask for help and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board to ensure you don't end up in an area you didn't intend.
