ngetway Posted March 1, 2006 Report Posted March 1, 2006 Hotwire is showing a 3.5* hotel in downtown Fort Lauderdale for 101/night. Does anyone have any idea which hotel this might be? Thanks for your help!

ngetway Posted March 2, 2006 Author Report Posted March 2, 2006 The date is 7/21/06, and the amenities are a restaurant, pool and business center. Thanks!
thereuare Posted March 2, 2006 Report Posted March 2, 2006 This hotel has not yet been identified. However, have you looked at EasyClickTravel? They have a few options around the same price, including Holiday Inn Ft. Lauderdale Beach for $87/nite and the Sheraton Yankee Trader for $110/nite (these have no booking fee, so this latter property is only ~$3 more than the Hotwire offer above after fees).EasyClickTravel reservations are also cancellable up until 72 hours before your check-in date, so you may even want to use one of the above as a back-up while you continue to try the opaque services. The above hotel may even be identified (by another user purchasing it) between now and July, but at least you'l have something reserved in the meantime. ngetway Posted March 3, 2006 Author Report Posted March 3, 2006 Thank you so much for the great info and advice! I think I will do exactly what you suggest.
