Hotwire Hotel: 5* Paris (Opera Garnier - Galeries Lafayette - St Lazare) Hotel Banke

I need help finding a nice hotel for last leg of Europe trip.  These 2 caught my eye, however, I am open to suggestions for the travel dates listed below if anyone is more familiar with the area.  Priceline didn't have as good of rates for my dates. Budget max is somewhere around $250/night depending how good of a deal is out there.  If I can't find anything luxurious I may just go Airbnb route.

 

Hotwire said Last Person got Hotel Banke for Zone 1 and for Zone 2 Hotel Napoleon.  Does that mean that is what the hotels are? I haven't seen them disclose hotels before.
