thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you search using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool. (always use this method for your searches/purchases to ensure you're seeing the complete amenity set and for an easy comparison of PRICELINE vs. HOTWIRE, as well as to use our new IS THIS A GOOD PRICE feature). If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above? Using this method, below is the full list of amenities i'm seeing for the 5 star hotel in this zone when searching for your dates: 5* HOTWIRE White House for $168.00 Pet Friendly Boutique Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Spa Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ==> from the Hotwire Hotel List this matches previous reports for the Sofitel Washington Dc Lafayette Square and that would be my best guess for this one If your plans are firm and you like this hotel at this price then it is not too early to book. Current rates at the Sofitel Washington Dc Lafayette Square start at $239/nite, so you need to decide if the savings are worth locking in at this price. Assuming you do like this hotel, keep in mind that besides 'price risk' (not booking and the price going up) there is also 'hotel risk' in that this offer disappears from the HOTWIRE results entirely and you're left with options that you may not like as much. I will also add that if (when using BiddingHelper.com EASY VIEW) you filter to only 5* hotels and then sort by price, this is the least expensive 5* hotel... and then the next 5 star property in the 'downtown' area is nearly $100 more at $263/nite (there are two other 5* hotels inbetween but these are in Georgetown so i'm assuming further away from 'downtown' than you likely want to be) Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know what you decide and how it goes or how we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
