Can you tell if there are associated fees or pressure for a timeshare talk?

PRICELINE EXPRESS doesn't show any fee but that doesn't mean that there necessarily isn't. Expedia shows a $10 resort fee. There is no way to know for sure in terms of timeshare discussion, but doing a quick search on tripadvisor/yelp it appears some people have mentioned it.

Close to Disney, clean, safe and less than $100 including fees would be nice since we're just sleeping there and don't need amazing pool or anything for this trip
