What would be your maximum budget (per nite before fees/taxes) for the Swan or Dolphin?

 

Both are currently sold-out on their own website(s) so what is your gameplan if no availability opens up? (and if the hotel is near/close to capacity if any rooms do open they may not necessarily put the inventory for sale at a discount thru PRICELINE or HOTWIRE)
