I would like to keep it under $300. I got a room at the Grand Hyatt for Tuesday at $150 but Wed. is not avaiable.

Hotel #1 sounds like the Helmsley Park Lane that I just posted.

I checked the website of the Helmsley Park Lane hotel and they show no rooms for 03/15.

The MTC hotel is a match for the Helmsley (their website does show availability for 3/15) while the MTE hotel is a match for the Drake Swissotel... these would be our best guesses for each.
