We are planning to visit Las Vegas between 19th Sept - 22nd Sept. Searching for Hotel on Priceline shows us a price of $82 (The Strip - Northwest)

Restaurant

Swimming Pool

 

Could please help me identify the hotel ? Also is there better deal I can get if I switch to 4.5 star?

Thanks for your response.My budget is around $400 - $425 for 4 days. I was hoping the 5* for $82 was Mirage. Do you think will I get any better hotels in that budget?

Not sure if this is for the room rate before taxes/fees or all-in... but keep in mind that all strip hotels now charge a resort fee that can be anywhere from about $30-$45/nite.  As well, all of the higher end hotels on the strip (there may be one or two exceptions) also now charge for parking (which is the reason why not of the suggested PRICELINE EXPRESS listed in AaronJB's reply, other than the guessed Trump (which is locates slightly off-strip but is within walking distance), show Free Parking as an amenity... as it's just not offered anymore.  MGM made the change awhile back and Caesar's followed suit shortly thereafter)

 

For the PRICELINE EXPRESS offer above i'm going to guess The Signature at MGM Grand.

$400 - $425 is all-in :) I was hoping to get parking and it sucks no one offers it. Do you think it is a good idea to wait some more or go ahead with the booking now. I am considering 4.5* (The Strip - Southeast) - $84 as it is likely the MGM.

Nobody can say if rates will come down, or move even higher, between now and your trip, it all depends upon how expected new reservations/cancellations come in relative to actual new reservations/cancellations (ie- supply / demand)

 

However, i will add that at an all-in rate, you don't have too many options as taxes, booking fees, and/or parking are going to take a large chunk out of your budget.

 

Also, keep in mind that the PRICELINE EXPRESS above is for The Signature at MGM Grand, which is connected to the MGM Grand by a long hallway, but it is operated as a separate property with its own entrance, check-in, etc. (and is also a half star rated higher than the 'regular' MGM Grand)

 

I also found this one (again, always confirm your dates on the landing page of the provided link):

4* The Strip - Southeast for $74 (and use the promo in my signature for an extra 5% off)
