Sorry, but it's not clear to me what property it is that you're referring to as your topic title indicates 'Miramar - Rancho Penasquitos - Poway' but your post indicates 'Rancho Bernardo'... and i'm not seeing a 3 star hotel for $84/nite hotel with an 8.0 user review rating offered in either of these zones.
