thereuare Posted February 27, 2006 Report Posted February 27, 2006 What is the date(s) of your stay? Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
charly Posted February 27, 2006 Author Report Posted February 27, 2006 March 16 to March 22.This hotel was at $27 /night.There were other hotels in the range $ 42 to $ 50 (2* - 2.5* - 3*). The only one I was able to identify (at least I think I identified ) due the match with your database and the "request a package trick" was the Nikki Bird .Thanks & Regards.Charly.
thereuare Posted February 27, 2006 Report Posted February 27, 2006 Do you still see the above 2.5* property for your dates as a current search i just did in the Airport West zone for your dates only shows a 2* property offered. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
charly Posted February 27, 2006 Author Report Posted February 27, 2006 I just checked and you are right. It's not there . It only shows availability from March 18 to March 21 at $29.Thanks & Regards.Carlos.
thereuare Posted February 28, 2006 Report Posted February 28, 2006 This hotel has not yet been identified, but i'd suspect that is is an extended stay type property (Homestead Suites, Extendded StayAmerica, etc) as these are the amenities that are typically associated with such properties... and there is indeed a Homestead and an Extended Stay in this zone.Let us know what you decide or if we can be of further help. charly Posted March 3, 2006 Author Report Posted March 3, 2006 I just made a reservation at the Meridian Maingate Hotel (formerly Sleep In ) . They said this hotel had been totally renovated . I HOPE SO .Regards.Charly.
thereuare Posted March 3, 2006 Report Posted March 3, 2006 The above reservation was thru conventional methods? (ie- not priceline/hotwire, correct?)Thanks for the follow-up. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
charly Posted March 3, 2006 Author Report Posted March 3, 2006 It was made by EasyClickTravel. It was not "off the record" hotel , I mean the hotel name was there. The price was 41.80 + tax including breakfast . No resort fee.I think it's a good value if at least 50% of what they said about the hotel is true.It 's my first time using easyclicktravel .Regards.Charly.
