I am looking for a basic single room to sleep with a basic wifi. I want a room for 1 night on 18 August, preferably close to the Jane Hotel (Manhattan) area for easier accessibility.

It sounds like you're thinking that this hotel will be convenient to get to from (and to return to) the airport? What airport are you flying in to and how do you intend to get to the hotel? What time does your flight arrive and what time is your departure the following day?
