Priceline Hotel: Edinburgh Help

I am looking to stay in Edinburgh the night of March 25, 2006. I am looking for a 5* or 4* hotel in the downtown area and would like to bid less than $100 USD. The 5* is likely out of the $100 USD range but a 4* would also be acceptable.

I haven't seen much recent activity in Edinburgh so if anyone has any success stories I would love to hear them. Thank you.

Last wins I have ever seen in Edingburgh are from 2003\04.

4* rates then were $130.
