$85/night - no resort fee. Could this be one of the moderates on property?

Are you only looking for an on-site property for this trip?  What is your maximum budget (per nite before fees/taxes) as currently Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort  is selling for $279/nite and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside  is at $295/nite, so even if they were offered thru HOTWIRE or PRICELINE EXPRESS they would likely be selling for much more than $85/nite.

"List price" was $273/night, and it had no resort fee, which is why I thought maybe it was a Disney property. No set budget, just hoping to find something on property at a discount.

How much of a discount vs. current rates would you need to make locking in an on-site property at this point in time worthwhile?

 

If one of the 4* hotels was priced at $600/nite and you could get it at $500 is that something that si within your budget and you would act upon?  What if $550/nite?
