No Smoking Rooms/Facilities
==> best guess would be the Wynn (or a secondary guess of the Palazzo) both of which are truly a 5* property, imo

 

5* The Strip - Central West for $106
Pets Allowed
Restaurant
Indoor or Outdoor Pool
Casino
Fitness Center
==> best guess here would be The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Autograph Collection which would be a very nice deal and discount vs. a conventionally booked room for these dates
