Hotwire Hotel: 3* Hotel in Portland, ME

Looking to book a hotel in Portland, ME for 6/16/17 to 6/18/17.  Found a 3* hotel in the Portland area (on the hotwire map, it is in the downtown section).  The hotel is priced at $204 per night.  Amenities: Free Internet, Airport shuttle, Business center, Fitness center, Indoor pool(s), Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Self-service laundry.  Based on my looking round, am I right to say that this is the Holiday Inn--Portland by the Bay?  If so, it seems like that is a pretty good deal, right?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
