Last minute booking through betterbidding. Total cost with fees and taxes 89.10

Amenities listed were  3*RESORT free parking free breakfast, free Internet, Indoor Pools Smoke Free rooms, Fitness, business center, self serve laundry, internet

Hotel located on sandbar right over the lift bridge.  Great view of the Marina.  Free shuttle takes you across lift bridge to canal park area.   Hotel is on the former rowing club property and has maintained a nautical theme with murals and furnishings.  Staff, especially the evening desk clerk were very friendly and helpful. Pool warm, hot tub very warm.  Breakfast in the morning was very well stocked and maintained.  If the breakfast room is full, there is a small area to the side next to the check in desk which serves as overflow.  We ate there and had a very peaceful breakfast
