Well its mostly of interest. I would prefer something downtown for <$100/night. However, that doesn't seem likely. Property type doesn't matter much, as long as it is not gross :)

The $141/nite Priceline Express Offer (confirm your dates on the landing page) is currently the least expensive property in the Downtown area, so under $100/nite does not seem likely.  As well, if you use the IS THIS A GOOD PRICE button in the PRICELINE EXPRESS tab at BiddingHelper.com you'll see that 2* hotels start at $232/nite for these dates... so under $100/nite would be more than a 50% discount to prevailing rates, which further re-reinforces that under $100/nite does not seem probable.
