I used the link to PRICELINE over the past several weeks and each time bid as follows:

 

Bid FLL - Downtown-Cruiseport; 4*, $90 - No offer

added 3.5* ; 100 - no offer

added 3* 105 - won Hyatt Pier 66

 

I have been trying for weeks with this same bidding technique no success - Finally won a bid tonight

This is a one night pre-cruise stay
