I'm not seeing the property above when searching for your dates, i'm seeing this one which looks similar (and is a little cheaper) but has fewer amenities than the one you listed above:

2 adults and 2 children. The $260 option is no longer there, but I do see the $247 option as you mentioned above.

Are you still seeing the original property from your first post, as i'm only currently seeing the one i listed above for $247/nite (even when searching for 2adults/2children)
