Looking for help to ID the 4.5* Express Hotel deal Xpu Ha - Puerto Aventuras - Akumal Area on Priceline travel dates Aug 21-29 2017

 

I also have a question: using the biddinghelper 4.5* in Xpu area all inclusive is listed at 158$ per night:

 

When searching same criteria on priceline.com price is 277$ per night: 

 

Why is the price different? Would this be the same hotel?

I'm don't have a good guess for the first property... the second property might be the Hard Rock (although on some searches i'm now also seeing a 3rd property that includes a casino, among other amenities):

Since i'm not certain of the offers above and this an extended stay, you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

 

What is your maximum budget (per nite before fees/taxes for this trip)?

Thanks! I was also thinking Hard Rock but doesn't seem certain. We would like to stay around 3K for the accommodations, do you have a recommendation?
