How would you start your area choice and price, and how would you proceed if it was rejected? I know it's not guaranteed that you would get that one. I'm just hoping to give it my best personal shot and still stay under $90 for that area.

(if so please provide the address to avoid any confusion) Do you need a room for this nite regardless, or did you only need a hotel if you could land this specific property?
