I am hoping to find a 3* or better hotel between Soho and Upper East/West Side for under $140/night. Can someone suggest a bidding strategy? I will spend most of my time around midtown/Hells Kitchen/Grand Central.. but of course with the MTA it is easy to get around NYC. Link to comment
