An adult over 18 must be present at check-in to assume all liability for the booking.

This hotel charges guests a resort fee of USD25 per room per night, regardless of how the room is booked. The hotel collects this fee directly from you, so it doesnt show in your Hotwire total.

Congratulations on your success and thank you for sharing your results with the board.

I believe there may have been more amenities than you listed in your post, which would not have been seen unless you searched using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool. (always use this method for your searches/purchases to ensure you're seeing the complete amenity set and for an easy comparison of PRICELINE vs. HOTWIRE, as well as to use our new IS THIS A GOOD PRICE feature).

Can you please add a reply to this thread confirming the full list of amenities associated with this property (including any accessible amenities)... you can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.

Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.

Thanks, have a great trip!

Yes, for the record, it was a huge fee , dolphin and swan , charged daily.

Also, to answer the parking questions... yes there is a $20/day parking and also a $25/day resort fee. Think about it, though... At $95/nt (booked through the link here, so also $20 off - so $85/nt for this trip), the parking and resort fee still add up to a huge savings. You're basically getting most on-site disney benefits (extra magic hours, park transportation, walking distance to Hollywood Studios/Epcot/Boardwalk, etc) but much cheaper than the adjacent Disney owned hotels. Basic rooms at the Boardwalk and Beach/Yacht Club typically cost about 350+/nt with a Florida Resident/Annual Passholder discount. No resort or parking fees, sure, but I'd rather pay $85 and dish out $45 for parking/resort fees and still pay $130/nt total for similar benefits. The Swan has also completed all their room renovations as of 2016.. the Dolphin is still working on it (I figured if going with the Dolphin-hotwire/priceline guests would probably get stuck with a non-renovated room). The Dolphin is supposedly close to completing their rooms, though. The epcot area hotels are my personal favorite area to stay for WDW due to proximity to both parks and water transportation/walking to both. Plus, walk to Epcot, then take the monorail to magic kingdom is nice. Keeps you mostly off of the buses that herd you to the parks at other Disney resorts.  I've stayed at the Boardwalk, Beach, and Yacht club several times in the past when my annual passes were active... this will be the first trip to the Swan. Will see how it compares! :)

Thanks for the follow-up regarding the amenities.

I'll also add to your comments regarding the resort fee, that the resort fee is paid by all customers regardless of how the room is booked (and that most of the higher rated hotels in this area charge parking and/or resort fees... just a fact of life in some areas)

Have a great weekend.
