Hotwire Hotel: Looking for help with 2.5* in Clearwater Beach South

Hi, just wondering if you have any help with Clearwater Beach South 2.5 star? I am guessing there are 2 hotel possibilities for this: 

 

Free parking, Free Internet, Pool(s), Self-service laundry, Internet access, Kitchenette

 

We are looking from 09/24/17 - 09/30/17 for 1 room with 2 adults and 2 kids. The $70/night option has those ammenities. We are really hoping for Coconut Cove since it has a full kitchen. The other 2.5 is Pelican Pointe which lists as a kitchenette but doesn't have everything like Coconut Cove.

 

Of course when you click the $70 2.5* option, hotwire says: Book soon! The last person got the Coconut Cove Suites. I don't know how accurate that info is. It also says at the top that it is rated 4 out of 5 on Trip Advisor with (1001 - 1500) reviews. The Pelican Pointe matches that and not Coconut Cove. Does that matter? We would be staying 6 nights and are hoping to have the full kitchen that they provide. Any insight into this?  TIA
