I suspect this may be the Intercontinental or the Westin.

 

4*, Old Montreal Convention Centre Area, March 17, onenight, $93 US

FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Boutique hotel, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Children's activities.

 

Really unsure about this one.

I canceled my trip after all.  Extending my trip to Miami.  Sent you a request about Miami under a separate email. This being said, I travel to Montreal frequently so your assessment will be helpful in the future.
