Lowest 3* quoted rate was $119 for my dates of interest in the North Shore area. That was my reference. I usually start my bidding @ 40% of my point of reference, therefore, I started bidding @ $48 Downtown (4-1/2*); second bid was $53 (3*+) including Southside; third bid was $58 including University City. Done. May have been able to save a couple of $.
