Washington I got the Westin Washington DC City Center USD95 x night Pet Friendly, Smoke Free rooms, Fitness center, restaurants, Business center, golf and internet access. I read we have to pay for the wifi but the rate is so convenient that I would rather buy a SIM card. I will let you know about NY. Thanks
