It doesn't seem to match any of the listed Priceline hotels.

Any guesses would be appreciated.

I'm not seeing the above offer in this zone when searching for your dates... but i do see a 3.5* hotel for $70 with this amenity set in the Point Loma - Shelter Island - San Diego Airport (SAN); is this a zone you're also looking at and would be acceptable, did you copy the wrong listing, or are you still seeing a $70 property with the description above in in the Gaslamp Quarter zone?

 

I also see you have two other open threads for the days before/after this one... are you ready to purchase hotels for this trip, not like the hotels guessed in the previous threads, etc?
