I'm seeing different rates than you (we post to the board as 'room rate only' not including fees/taxes... perhaps you're looking at the total amount after fees/taxes?)  Below is what i'm seeing when searching for your dates and my best guess for each, please confirm the dates on the landing page of any links provided below:

Thanks - I switched it over from AUD to US and that's what it gave me. Will either chose the Dorsett or M Hotel - kinda hard to make up my mind over the small difference. Trip advisor seems to have slightly better reviews for the Dorsett though.

Thanks - checked all the rates again  - def coming up as $119US for me for the first one so not sure how you can get $96!! :)

As per above i'm seeing a $96/nite room rate which comes to $119/nite after taxes/fees... so we are seeing the same rate, it's just the i'm seeing rates before taxes/fees and then the add-ons, whereas you are only seeing the net total after all taxes/fees.

They are definitely showing $119 plus Tax unfortunately!

I purchased the Dorsett directly with a promo being offered.
