This is my first experience with this market. 2.5* is the highest rating here on the Priceline, even though there are higher level hotels (e.g., Hilton) here.

Hotwire lists this property (I recognize it from the familiar icon of Kitchen and Laundry, common for all ESA and Homestead) for $48. $65 on Expedia.

The property is undergoing a renovation, the inside corridor is messy. However, the renovated room has nice wood floor in kitchen and bath. The furnitures are clean, comfortable and functional.
