Cosmo was $85, Trop was 55, Monte Carlo was 43. I didn't want to get stuck with a bad room at Monte Carlo with the construction, otherwise I would have grabbed that Anyways, Hard Rock was an unlocked PE deal for me, at $24. Started at $20, declined added Center Strip at $21 and accepted
