Can anyone identify the Area 4 best deal hotel in Orlando that PRICELINE is showing here:

You can't link to search results or the PRICELINE bidding page as you tried to do, it will just result in a broken link (if not immediately then within 2 hours)

 

It appears you're looking at a hotel on the bidding page of PRICELINE and trying to identify it?  If so, it can't be done, as the amenities shown next to each star rating on the bidding side of PRICELINE are amenities that are offered at every hotel in the zone at that star rating... not the amenities of a specific property that you would be bidding on (in fact, at this point in the process PRICELINE has not yet even checked inventory for your dates)

 

If you're flexible and don't need to take a guess as to the hotel you may receive prior to your purchase, then bidding on PRICELINE will usually be the last expensive way wot book.  If you want to know a little more about the hotel that is being offered, or need to know if specific amenities are offered or that it is well reviewed, then PRICELINE EXPRESS or HOTWIRE would be a better option as their offers are for a specific property that has been selected for your specific travel dates... the trade-off is that HOTWIRE / PRICELINE EXPRESS usually cost a little more than a proper bidding strategy.
