Thank you for the BiddingHelper.com tool.  I hadn't used it before.  The amenities list was correct as listed and I got Royal Garden as predicted.  The price went up to $185 when I began entering my information, I think because there are 3 in our party (teenage son.)  The $165 price sited, was for 2 single beds.
